This Privacy Policy explains how NPHub ("NPHub," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use candidate.nphub.com and our related services, including our job-alert text messaging program.

Information we collect

• Account & contact details — name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Job preferences — credential, certifications, license states, experience, employment eligibility, desired location/radius, compensation floor, settings, schedule, and availability.
• Documents — a resume, if you choose to upload one.
• Activity — opt-in status and timestamp, messages you send and receive through the Program, and delivery status.

How we use information

• To match you with relevant job opportunities and to operate the job-alert Program.
• To send you text messages you have opted into, and to respond when you reply.
• To connect you with recruiters about roles you express interest in. Your resume is only shared with an employer after you approve it.
• To maintain, secure, and improve our services, and to comply with legal obligations.

Mobile information

No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except as needed to deliver the messages you requested (for example, our SMS delivery provider).

How we share information

• Recruiters / employers — only as needed to pursue roles you express interest in, and your resume only after you approve it.
• Service providers — vendors that help us operate (e.g., hosting, database, and SMS delivery), bound to use the data only to provide their services to us.
• Legal — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of text messages at any time.
• Update or remove your preferences from your NPHub profile.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@nphub.com.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
